The only plastic is the bag that comes with the mug. It keeps the customer safe as the pieces are contained in the bag and not all over the box.

Made in Britain
Final products are made using British owned factories who use British products to reduce waste and the environmental impact of shipping. Enamel pins are made in China and come on recycled cards.

Parcel tape
Eco paper parcel tape is made from renewable kraft paper not from plastic, offering an eco-friendly, micro-plastic free alternative to conventional petrochemical-based plastic parcel tapes. The eco parcel tape can be left on the envelope or parcel when it is recycled.

All waste is recycled
Any boxes from delivery is either re-used or taken to a recycling plant. Manufacturers I use are 95% eco-friendly and have excellent environmental policies.

Board envelopes
Our self-sealing board-backed envelopes are 100% recycled, recyclable and plastic free, meaning they are easy to recycle in household recycling.
Manufactured in the UK from 400g eco board (made from 100% post-consumer waste,) these envelopes have a convenient peel & seal strip, without the little red strip of plastic commonly found in this style of envelope, making it plastic free and easily recycled.

Clear display bags
These bags are made in the UK from NATIVIA® film that has been accredited to EN 13432 and ‘OK biobased’. They are made from Plant Based (annually renewable) PLA derived from vegetable starches (cornstarch) and are compostable and biodegradable.
The Compostable PLA film bags we supply are designed to allow end users to compost them at the end of life, as an alternative to sending them straight to landfill. NATIVIA® PLA film is NOT suitable for: Home recycling (it should not go in with plastic bottle recycling collections) Paper recycling (it should not be put in with paper recycling collections)

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
All orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched widh 48 hours delivery service (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order.
Charges: £2.70 for orders up to £35.00, free for orders over £35.00 Items under 100g may require a signature. -
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Charges £10 for 100g and anything over is automatically calculated at checkout. All international orders come with tracking. International Tracked - delivery within 1-2 weeks*, tracked.
* all delivery aims are estimates based on several years experience shipping through these services and can vary, particularly during busy periods

How charges are calculated
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at the checkout page, and are determined by the product weight and destination. We can't guarantee next day delivery.

Incorrect Address
If you enter the wrong address at checkout you will be able to change this at any time before the order is shipped by emailing me at hello@crowartist.co.uk.
Once the order is shipped I am unable to change the delivery address. These are usually returned to sender and I can then redirect it to a correct address, but the buyer is responsible for the additional postage costs and any return fees.

Late orders
Please allow three weeks after the delivery window has passed before reporting a lost parcel, particularly during busy periods. Once orders without tracking are dropped off at the post office I am no longer able to locate them and am not responsible for their whereabouts.
For late parcels, I recommend contacting your local post office to check if your order is being held with attached customs fees. If the order still hasn't turned up at this point I can provide a refund.

EU customs
For international orders there will likely be additional charges such as custom fees and import taxes that apply. The package may be held until these fees are paid. Payment of fees is the responsibility of the buyer. I will not falsify customs forms in order to avoid fees as this is illegal.

Items that can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom Items (or Products): These are usually defined by their unique specifications; personalisation, design, size, or materials, often created specifically to meet a client's unique preferences.
Custom Amounts: Includes the ability to set a custom amount or price for a sale.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Loss and damage
We cannot accept a claim for loss for items delivered via Royal Mail unless 15 working days or more have passed since the item was due to be delivered.
Damaged items can be refunded or replaced. Just drop me and email with some pictures and I can get it replaced for you.
