Shipping and Returns Policy
Delivery prices and times
Orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail click and drop. All orders received will be posted the next day with 24 hour signed delivery. (for example if you order tuesday night it will be posted wednesday, Friday night will be posted saturday and saturday night will be posted on monday.) This postage and packaging cost is £3.00 up to 100g.
Please note this does not include British Bank Holidays and weekends when postal services are unavailable. Post is sent within the UK via Royal mail, please allow up to 3 days for arrival.
International orders will be posted next day with track & sign delivery. Posting overseas can take up to 12 working days. It will cost £9.00 for tracking and signature.
There is special delivery which guarantees next day delivery by 1.30pm. To use this, your order must be placed before midday. The cost is £10.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are accepted once the item has been returned in perfect condition. Full refund will be given except for return cost. Returns should be sent within 14 days of receiving the item.
Exclusions, what can’t be refunded or exchanged
Personal commissions, handmade items, digital items. Please contact me if you are unsatisfied and we can work something out.
What if my product doesn’t arrive in time?
If your order is needed for a specific event, we advise you to upgrade your delivery to the guaranteed next day special delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for standard delivery items that are delayed by Royal Mail after we have dispatched them on time. The next-day guaranteed, pre-1pm signed-for service with Royal Mail that is nearly 100% reliable and features a tracking number so that you know where in the postal network your parcel is.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your order being delivered with a description and photos of the damage.
What should I do if I am not happy with my order?
Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your order being delivered with a description and photos of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Order Cancellation - Personalised items
All personalised orders are considered final at the point you place the order. However if you are unsatisfied with the item once received, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can work something out.
Order Cancellation – General
We are unable to cancel orders. The order is considered final at the point you place the order. The item can be refunded or exchanged once it has been returned in perfect condition.
Adding/Removing Items from an Order
Unfortunately we are unable to add or remove items from an order once it has been placed. If you would like to order additional items please place a separate order.
Can I change the delivery address once I’ve placed an order?
We can change the delivery address for an order as long as the order has not been produced and sent to dispatch. Please contact us on email@example.com if you wish to change the delivery address for your order.
